Tori has been so helpful whenever I've had a question or needed anything. She also helps everyone else with a smile and such a positive attitude. It's nice to see people care and make you feel at home away from home. I've been staying at this staybridge for almost a month and I'm very happy with my room and the breakfast. If something needs fixing, they take care of it right away. The hotel is being remodeled and doing great things. Thanks for making it such a cozy place to stay! 🙏🏼🙌🏼

The service was a full five stars. Deana at the front desk was kind, professional, and really informative. My room was clean and nice, and I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the breakfast taco bar and its variety of food. Can't wait to come back.

The room is really nice, but the indoor pool we booked this place for was boarded up. We always look for that feature for the kids, so this was a big disappointment. We're going to a show for my birthday and planned to tie one on next door tonight. If we'd known, we'd have stayed at the other place.

The pool is closed for construction right now, which is the only bummer, but the website clearly says so. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms are basically one-bedroom apartments with a mini kitchen. Westport Plaza is just across the street, along with restaurants. They also have happy hour on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7, with free appetizers and drinks.

We've stayed at many IHG hotels around St. Louis nearly every weekend since May while our granddaughter receives cancer treatment from her team at Children's Hospital at Barnes. She's in remission ❤️ but still can't come home yet. Once we tried this hotel, we stopped booking anywhere else. The rooms are clean, the beds are seriously comfortable, the staff are friendly, breakfast is great, laundry is free, and there's plenty of parking. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves five stars.
