The front desk staff didn’t seem concerned when we raised our complaints. The advertising shows one thing, but the actual service is substandard. Don’t go here. The lobby looked dingy, and the hallways smelled bad and were filthy. Our room was worse: the refrigerator and TV didn’t work, and the fridge in the replacement room didn’t work either, so we stayed in the original. The couch was stained and dirty, and the paint was old and marked. Outside, garbage had collected in the corners and the gutters overflowed after an overnight storm. The hallway beverage machines were sold out, several breakfast machines were out of order, and the gym was closed. It was a lousy one-night stay at a dirty, run-down place that should be condemned.

We paid for a clean, habitable room, but couldn’t stay because of the unsanitary conditions. We asked to switch rooms, but the second had the same odor and cleanliness problems as the first, so we left around midnight, about an hour after arriving. We’re respectfully requesting a full refund and would appreciate a prompt response. My friend checked in around 2:00 PM on 5/15/26, though we didn’t reach the room until about 11:00 PM. It had a strong musty, mold-like smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Stains were visible on the carpet, walls, furniture, bedding, and other surfaces. The room seemed poorly cleaned, with peeling wallpaper, dirty furniture, and possible mold or moisture damage. I took photos documenting its condition.

We only stayed because we’d driven for 12 hours and it was already 8:30p when we got checked in. The room was awful, and a health concern, not just a cheaper hotel option. The breakfast bar they advertise was disappointing too: most drink machines were broken, the fruit was old, and the bread was stale. The delayed check-in took several hours because we were 20, not 21, even though someone had approved it on a prior call and added notes to the system. The employee kept saying, “I’m new,” despite having spoken with me by phone about the special check-in. The customer service was terrible, and they hadn’t kept their word from the earlier calls. We were finally given keys to room 120. The hallway carpet had stains and burns, the walls looked awful, and the air smelled wet and mildewy. Inside, that odor was even worse and also smoky. The shower was dirty and moldy, the ceiling had tears, some lights didn’t work, and the bedside lamp was coming off the wall. Furniture, including the beds, was stained, and the toilet seat was old and peeling. This is an embarrassment to Days Inn.

The rooms were dirty, with grimy windows and mirrors, hair in the sink, and an AC that smelled like a dead animal lived in it. It looked like a mix of “Shining” and a place nobody had lived in for five years. There was an NPC on every floor, and I kept fearing someone would steal my organs. The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Never again, worst hotel ever!

The stay was okay overall, but the bathroom and microwave were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The blanket looked dirty too, though the sheets and the blanket underneath were clean. Around checkout, I opened our door and found a housekeeping employee standing right outside, looking at us without saying anything. It felt strange and uncomfortable. I asked if she was okay and what she was looking for, but she still didn’t answer. The whole encounter creeped me out. If you can, stay somewhere else.
