Element Hanover Lebanon

The staff were so nice, and the room was huge and clean. I was there on a business trip and happened to check in during happy hour, so I got a free drink and some appetizers. Loved the big shower, too. Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Wish there were more of them!

I felt right at home here, and the only downside was having to leave after one night. My king studio was much better than any room I’ve had before: spotless, spacious, nicely equipped, and with a beautiful view. The shower was incredible, and I loved the eco-friendly details throughout the room and hotel. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee were hot and delicious, included in an already very reasonable rate. This place exceeded my expectations by a lot. I’ll definitely return.

We booked a standard room for one night and were pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen, sitting room, separate bedroom, and a nicely sized bathroom. It was very clean and a great value. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. We’ll stay again when we’re in the area.

I was dealing with a family emergency and really appreciated being close to the hospital and town. Every employee at Element was wonderful and gave me the warm greetings and care I needed during a hard time. I had also brought my dog, which neighboring hotels had approved when I called ahead, but making a reservation at their desk was difficult. At Element, things were great. Even the standard room felt like a suite you’d have to pay extra for elsewhere. The pool was gorgeous and had an assisted lift chair, which I don’t see at most hotels. There were comfortable indoor and outdoor lounge spaces, plus a smoking and dog-walking area with disposable bags and plenty of cigarette trays. Breakfast and an evening nosh were provided daily. The bed was extremely comfortable, with lots of soft, billowy pillows, and there were plenty of towels. They seemed able to provide or sort out anything I needed. There are car charging stations, accessible features, and shuttles. A very positive stay, and I’d gladly recommend this specific location again. I hope all Element hotels are this wonderful and reasonably priced.
