Roaches, dirty rooms, and awful service. On the morning we checked out, I saw a roach crawling on the bathroom wall, and the receptionist didn’t seem to care. There was dried blood on the shower curtain, black smudges and cigarette holes in the bedding, and the floors were disgustingly sticky. Don’t book here just to save money. Spend more for a cleaner, better room. At night, the receptionist barely acknowledged me when I gave my name for check-in. She just held out her hand while staring at the computer. If she needed my ID and credit card, she could have asked instead of silently holding out her hand with no eye contact.

A creepy building with a grimy room, several holes in the door, no proper blanket, and half the lights out. It’s relatively safe, all things considered, but it’s the kind of place you end up when things are going REALLY badly or you don’t know better.

We had the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had on August 26th 2025. The first room they assigned us looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in six months, with other people’s hair on the bed and blood stains. They moved us, and the sheets in the second room looked cleaner, but it was still somewhat nasty. My husband got an eye infection from the pillowcase, on the same side of the pillow where he’d laid his head. We also had to wedge a bar between the window and its seal because the latch was broken and someone outside could open it. Then, after midnight, housekeeping opened our door without knocking or announcing themselves. My husband had to call out before they identified themselves as housekeeping. We were scared they might try to rob us while we slept. Why would housekeeping come into a room when everyone should be asleep? We have a picture of my husband’s eye, and he may have to see a doctor, which would cost even more money we don’t have. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this filthy hotel.

I had to clean the place before I could even sit down. The bathroom water didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush, and neither the outlets nor the light bulbs worked. The curtains weren't hanging, either. This place should be shut down.
