There was no way to deadbolt the room door, and the room didn’t feel safe. The lobby wasn’t open to guests, either. I found stains on the walls and a blood stain on the lampshade. It’s also very close to the freeway, so there was a lot of road noise. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

At least 20 roaches fell from the top of the door frame as soon as we opened the room door. Once it swung the rest of the way open, we saw more running up the walls. We went straight back to the office, got our money back, and found somewhere else to stay.

People were running around and knocking on doors at all hours, and someone played a radio through the night. The owner won't address the disrespectful behavior and doesn't seem to care about service or consideration for guests. I won't be back.

The listing clearly says pet friendly, though they’ll probably change it after I post this. Nobody asked about pets when I paid, so I assumed it was fine based on that claim. I paid $360 for a week, but the next morning the manager walked into my room without knocking and told me my dog had to go or I did. I checked out, and he refunded only $180 after one night. I'm still trying to understand how they can advertise as pet friendly and then make me leave, and how one night could cost $180 when the week was $360. They’re scammers, no doubt about it.
