Watchman Villas

We could leave the car at the villa and get to the Zion Visitor Center by shuttle in under ten minutes. The shuttle stop, coffee shop, and grocery store were all walkable too. Our group of two families stayed at The Pinyon, and the layout worked perfectly: two spacious bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly. The kitchen had the essentials, including an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and utensils, so meals were easy. Free laundry was a real bonus after hiking. A comfortable, convenient stay, and we'd choose it again for family or group travel.

It was easy to check in, and we were even able to get into the villa early. The hosts replied to email messages in real time. The villas sit a little back from the street and can be hard to find, so we had to ask for directions at the bike rental closer to the road. Inside was clean and well maintained, though the outside and basement laundry area weren't as well kept. There were thoughtful touches: towels and a shoe tray by the entrance for muddy outings, bathroom air freshener, more than one coffee creamer, a marked parking spot, and a recycling bin. The bed was very comfortable, and the furniture, kitchenware, toilet tissue, and facial tissues were all high quality. We enjoyed our couple of nights and would gladly return.

Villa I is above a coffee and bike shop, with a huge patio looking out at the red rocks. The space was clean, nice, and well maintained. We arrived early, around 3 PM, unsure of check-in time, and our code didn't work, but reaching someone by phone was quick and easy. We hoped to use the hot tub, but couldn't get it above 90 degrees. We were tired, so went to bed instead of trying to sort it out.

We spent five nights in unit #5 Juniper with our family of four. The view from the unit was spectacular, and the location in the center of Springdale made getting to Zion very convenient. The unit was comfortable, clean, and well furnished. The complex is well managed, and management responds quickly.
