The location made getting to the park entrance and nearby restaurants easy, and parking was simple too. I also loved the breakfast-to-go, especially being able to pick it up the night before an early start. Tea and juice were available in the lobby all day. A toaster for the bagel would've been nice. My room was roomy and clean, with a comfortable bed and useful fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff were welcoming and had great suggestions for exploring. Arnold was especially thoughtful and went out of his way to make the stay lovely. From beginning to end, I had a fantastic visit. I can't see why this place doesn't get five stars all the time.

The price was very reasonable, and the location worked perfectly for us. Our room was updated and spotless, and the front desk staff were a big help. We were supposed to pick up a boxed breakfast, but the office was locked when we went over. Even with that hiccup, I'd recommend staying here.

One small miss in the bathroom: there wasn't a toilet brush. Otherwise, the room had soft beds and all the useful basics, including toiletries, an iron, hair dryer, fridge, coffee, microwave, and TV. We also had a lovely view from the window. Diana was especially warm and friendly, and the whole staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a great spot. Breakfast runs from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m.; we had white bread with cream cheese, cheesecake, yogurt, and either an apple or an orange. For a healthier selection, there's a supermarket across the street with produce, prepared salads, and soup. Keep in mind the lobby closes at 9:00 p.m.

The front desk staff were very friendly when we arrived just before 8 p.m., and the family suite itself was nice. The room was okay, but cleanliness was a real issue for me. There was caked dust behind one of the doors, hair on the floor, walls, and around the sink, plus footprints throughout the room and bathroom. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned. I expected the room to be tidied while we were out, though apparently that service isn't offered. The freezer also wasn't cold enough to freeze anything, and there were no spare trash bags.

A real hidden gem for the price, under $200. The room was spacious, modern, and newly renovated, with Tesla charging, laundry on site, and complimentary hot drinks. Don't let the 3.8-star rating put you off, this place is top tier. 💎🚗💨
