We came into town for a funeral and only needed one night, so our family split a two bedroom suite. The staff were wonderful and the grounds were nice, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in town. There were a few repairs needed in our room: one bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and seemed to have already damaged the ceiling, the fireplace was out of order, a cabinet door was broken, and the toe kick at the base of the cabinets was badly beat up. Still, I’ve stayed in much worse places.

The room had everything a person could need, and I was very impressed. The staff were great, and breakfast was wonderful, especially the little quiche. Candice Saner went above and beyond and is the reason I’ll return. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are old and outdated, and the doors don't lock, so anyone can get into the hotel. The staff are horrible too. This place is trash. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Breakfast had a huge variety, and it was nice to eat outside in the quiet courtyard. The staff were kind and super helpful the whole time. We had an amazing stay. 10 out of 10, would absolutely recommend.

We came to spend time with family, and the hotel's comfort and convenience added a lot to the trip. From our arrival onward, the front desk staff were courteous, professional, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Our room stayed spotless, tidy, and well maintained, with clear care from housekeeping. It was a relaxing place to unwind after busy days. The complimentary breakfast each morning had an impressive range of fresh, tasty choices for everyone. We had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn Springdale and are already looking forward to returning next time we're in town. Highly recommended!
