Krish, a friendly gentleman, made check-in easy, and the concierge was wonderful. The facility was clean and secure. They have switched to an electronic concierge kiosk, and I don't think any of us want to be replaced by robots. It's better to rely on people than technology. That said, there are physical staff at the front desk to handle any issues. Remote concierge service can help with security and busy periods, but facilities need to keep employing local people and use remote service as a supplement, not the main guest service.

You can cook in the room, which has a stove and your own fridge, and they provide pots and plates. The furniture is new, the rooms are clean, and the customer service was very good. I'd recommend booking with them.

Pedro at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the management was extremely accommodating. The groundskeeper even rinsed off our car, which had been covered in dust from a 30 mile drive down a dirt road the day before we arrived. One evening there were a few guys in the parking lot giving haircuts. Four star clean! Spread the word.

The area is loud, with traffic and pedestrians, lots of interesting characters, and plenty of noise from people and cars. Around midnight I woke to crime scene tape and a bunch of cops outside. The laundry machine didn't work when I tried it, and the manager wouldn't give my money back or try to fix it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
