Baymont by Wyndham Casper East

The staff and management made the place feel welcoming, and the property was fresh and well kept. The pool and hot tub were probably the cleanest I’ve seen in a long time. People took pride in their work, and I appreciated how kind and generous everyone was during my stay. Breakfast was a real highlight. For a midscale hotel, it was plentiful, tasty, and ready on time every morning. It got each day off to a good start. I love the location, close to the mall, Walmart, all the best food-grubs, and a Loaf N Jug gas station right next door. Whether you’re here for business or just passing through, it’s a great place to stay. I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend, 10/10.

The rooms were clean, the service was great, and any location in Wyoming is never below five stars. Thanks to the morning staff and manager for looking into the overcharge and dropping the price to $82. I’d originally given one star, though I appreciated that fix. After reading other ratings, it seems the establishment doesn’t respond to customer feedback, so it may not mean much to them. At $200 a night, I expect high-speed internet. I’d add another star if they put bigger TVs in the rooms. Otherwise, Motel 6 outranks this place after a phenomenal five-star stay there a couple of weeks ago. Just take care of what matters to customers.

This was my second stay here, this time for 10 nights. The hotel is quiet and consistent, and it’s always clean and smells fresh when you walk in. The staff are amazing and the customer service is fantastic. Love it. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

The service, location, rooms, and friendly people were all great. It’s a really nice place and pretty decent overall. But those beds were awful. I’m only 30 and don’t have back problems, yet I’ve never been so uncomfortable. At one point I tried sleeping in the chair. My wife and I both couldn’t sleep on those mattresses, so we left early.
