Days Inn by Wyndham Kingdom City

I slept great and didn't hear a sound from anyone else. I've stayed at a hotel close by every couple of weeks for work for seven years, but I didn't know this little gem was here. I won't go back to that other place. The only small issue was the weak internet. There were all sorts of explanations, but at the end of the day, if it doesn't work right, it doesn't work right. I've stayed in lots of hotels across the country, and this one could be perfect if they improve the signal. I'll definitely be back, and they recommended the second floor for a stronger connection. I'll try that in two weeks.

We made a last-minute stop and were lucky to get one of the last rooms. It was very spacious, sparkling clean, and had incredibly comfortable beds. The area felt quiet and safe, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Can't think of anything that could have made the stay more perfect. Highly recommend.

The room needs some attention: sheetrock is damaged in several spots, and the chain lock looked like it could be pulled right out of the wall. The TV remote wasn't meant for that television, so watching anything was difficult. There was no channel guide; you had to go to channel 10 and wait while it showed the available channels. The beds weren't comfortable, though I don't expect a hotel bed to match my own. The shower pressure was very weak, and changing the shower head's spray position made it leak. There were three of us, but the room had only two towels and one caffeinated coffee packet. When I asked for another towel and some coffee, the woman said two towels were enough and I could get coffee at breakfast. I asked if we were supposed to share towels, and after arguing about it, she finally gave me another towel and a couple of coffee packets. In the morning I went to see what breakfast was being served, but the breakfast room was shut. The man behind the counter said they weren't doing breakfast because they hadn't booked enough rooms, so the free coffee and breakfast were off.

The woman at the front desk was rude. We were three people with just two towels, so I asked for another one. She said that was plenty. My husband asked if she meant we should share, and she mumbled something while going to get the extra towel. There was more I could say, but it simply wasn't a pleasant stay.
