The pool and gym were clean and easy to use, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was yummy. There are plenty of restaurants within a few miles, plus thrift stores, grocery stores, cvs, and gas stations. It was a pleasant stay, but I was there four days and my room wasn't cleaned once. There was dust on the sink counter and the room needed vacuuming and sweeping. I also thought I was paying at the front desk, but ended up paying through a third party that charged 100’s more than it should have. Making the front desk phone number easier to find and clearer would help.

We’ve been here FIVE days, and Theresa has been great every single one. She makes breakfast a really enjoyable experience. She’s friendly, keeps everything stocked and clean, checks back to make sure things are fine, and clears waste from your table. That’s not easy, and she’s truly outstanding.

I had a GREAT stay, and Teresa at breakfast was the highlight. She was so pleasant I nearly ended up late, but I left well nourished for a full day at work. Thank you so much!

The breakfast was wonderful, and Theresa and Claudia in the breakfast room are a real asset to the hotel. They're very friendly. The hotel itself is clean, nice, and comfortable. We'll definitely stay again. Robin Duncan Indianapolis.

Teresa was amazing during breakfast service. She was kind and welcoming, kept the area clean and clear of mess, and was always nearby asking if we needed anything or wanted our plates cleared. We were thrilled with her work ethic.
