Executive Residency by Best Western Navigator Inn & Suites

The breakfast was surprisingly fantastic. The rest of the stay was harder to enjoy, though. The building was clean enough but run down, with a musty smell, a broken cupboard, and furniture in poor shape. There were people who looked homeless hanging around outside and some inside too. I worried the hotel might be doubling as a shelter and kept waking up to check whether my car was safe. That feeling alone means I wouldn't stay again.

This isn't really a five-star hotel, but it deserves five stars for how well it looks after people. I stayed three nights, and the room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff were great, especially Dawson at the desk, who was courteous and kind. Breakfast attendants kept everything stocked, housekeeping was professional, and there was an overnight security guard. The first-floor laundry room was free, and the pool was clean and well looked after. They do what they can to make guests comfortable. I'd happily return if I'm in the area.

Breakfast had so many good choices, I couldn't name them all. You could put together a breakfast sandwich, and there were berries and whipped cream for the waffles. The rooms were very nice, and the clean smell when you walk in is something I love. The pool area was tidy, and the spa looked nice from what I could see. It would've been a good place to stay several nights. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Everett.

I stayed three nights. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the shower had good pressure. There was a kitchen area in the room, the AC worked well, and breakfast had more options than average, though most of them were underwhelming. I felt unsafe walking between my car and the hotel because people who looked like thugs or were homeless hung around right by the building, leaning against it and crossing the parking lot. I was surprised my car wasn't broken into. The whole area felt nasty. The pillows were so flat and unsupportive that I folded a towel under one. Traffic noise woke me several times, and loud guests inside the hotel kept me up as late as 2 a.m.
