We had about a foot of snow while staying at the Wilderness Cottage, so bring a good 4WD vehicle and some food. The cabin was really nice and well suited, and we had a great time. Micheal was around whenever we needed anything. We might plan another trip in the summer to see what it's like then.
It was very quiet, and deer came through every day. The cabin was amazing. We had a great experience.

Getting to the cabin was an experience, but it was worth it once we arrived. The owners were wonderful, and it was a very good experience for the grandkids. Very nice and clean.
We rented the Wilderness Cottage in summer and had a fabulous time. The rooms were neat and clean, and we enjoyed the peace and privacy. Michael was a gracious host, and the wildlife cooperated too: we saw fox, wild turkey, elk, deer, and a raccoon.
