There isn't much around the hotel to do, but it was very clean. Sandy was great and pleasantly helpful. It's a bit dated, though if you just need somewhere clean to sleep for the night, it does the job.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and very well kept, and the free airport shuttle made the next morning much easier. After my flight was canceled at Trenton Airport following a long wait, I booked the nearby Marriott Courtyard on impulse. I was frustrated and unsure what to do, but the staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. One person especially stood out. They made a great cappuccino, handled the front desk, and drove me to the airport, all with a cheerful attitude and a real willingness to help. I wish I could remember their name. Their care turned a miserable travel disruption into a stay I’ll remember for the hospitality. The whole team helped rescue what had started as a difficult day, and I’m very grateful. The thoughtful amenities and professional, warm service gave me a much-needed place to rest.

I had to head out at 6:45 pm to find food because the restaurant wasn't serving anything. I’d been told food would be available from 5 to 10 pm, but when I went down at about 6:15, I was told the chef was 15 minutes late. That didn’t seem right, since happy hour was supposed to run from 5 to 6:30. It was inconvenient and unexpected to have no on-site dining. The TV in my room also had problems. I asked the manager on duty for help, but they couldn't fix it or offer a practical solution. The property has potential, but these service issues left me disappointed. I hope they address staffing and guest support so future stays go better.

I liked my first stay enough to come back. The king room was clean, I had no problems, and dinner was good, though service was slow with just one attendant working. The TV at my booth kept losing signal, which took away from the meal. On my second visit I had suite 200. I appreciated being told right away there'd be no food service the next night because of the winter storm. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the sofa was so dirty it needs professional cleaning or replacing. The armoire smelled awful, so I wouldn't put clothes in it, and I was glad I had my own bedding for the sofa bed. It may need to be aired out or cleaned. The refrigerator felt warm, and I was worried my food would spoil during my extra night there. It could use an upgrade. There are quite a few small things that need attention.

We came to see New Hope and the surrounding towns for my birthday. After recent illnesses and treatments, it was the first time in a while we'd been able to get away, so all the problems really spoiled what was meant to be a relaxing weekend. We had to switch rooms after dinner because the fridge didn't work. The repairman first showed up with scissors, then came back with a large adjustable wrench after we said it needed needle-nose pliers because the knob was missing. The fridge was still broken. He offered to keep our baked goods in a fridge downstairs from peddlers village, but we weren't comfortable with that, so we moved across the hall. At 9 the next morning, fire alarms woke us and we had to evacuate. We were let back in around 9:30, with no explanation. We were glad everyone was safe, but then after a day out we found the toilet handle wasn't working. We didn't want to move again, so we held it down to flush. At 4:45 the next morning, the fire alarms went off again. We rushed outside barely dressed in freezing weather, and again nobody explained what had happened. We'd paid for breakfast, but when I went down half asleep for coffee, I was told I'd already used it. We hadn't gone down except during the 4:45 alarm. After about 20 minutes of checking receipts and getting someone else involved, they restored the breakfast. I took my coffee to the Pavillion, only to find myself locked out because my card had been deactivated and the gates were locked. I had to pound on the door and wait for the front desk lady to let me back in. She said “oops,” didn't know why the card was inactive, and reactivated it. Some staff were rude, and the poor communication and repeated issues made the whole experience awful.
