The spot worked perfectly for getting to the race, but the shower ceiling had mold. I asked how an early checkout would work and was told someone staffs the lobby around the clock. When I showed up at 4:30 in the morning, though, a sign said the lobby was closed until 6.

The room phones didn't work, so reaching the front desk was a hassle, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping on my phone. My iPad couldn't connect at all. They said a manager would call, but nobody ever did. If you need reliable internet, I'd book somewhere else next time.

I've never seen a room this bad. There was rust and mold, stains on the walls and sheets, plus both live and dead bugs on the sink counter. Avoid this motel.

We only booked one night. As we were settling in, we turned on a light and spotted a roach in the bed. We got up to leave and saw more on the walls, even after I'd sprayed everything. We didn't stay long enough to check the bathroom.

Really peaceful and relaxing, and the room was clean. They gave us plenty of towels and washcloths, too. The staff were amazing and professional.
