The staff were friendly, but that was about the only good part. We asked for a nonsmoking room and walked into one with ashes on the floor and a stale cigarette smell. There was urine on the toilet seat, cigarette burns on the bedding and chair, and no toilet paper. The beds were hard as rocks, with only two thin sheets and no comforter. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place was pretty bad. Luckily, we stayed just one night after the races to sleep.

Mr D always has a smile, gets right on whatever you need, and is a bundle of joy. The service at Speedway inn and suites is top tier, and I've never had a problem with any of the staff. Thanks especially to him.

We've lived here since May of last year and have a lot of love and respect for the property manager, Mr D. Mr Ray, the security guard and housekeeper, is fantastic too. Kudos to the owners for hiring both of them.

They put my wife and me in a disgusting smoking room and refused to move us. There were insects, holes in the wall, and bad smells. Dirt covered the floor so badly that your feet or socks would end up filthy.

Mr. D at Speedway hotel is the best. He gets along with everybody and always goes above and beyond. We've had good customer service.
