For a solo traveler looking for a clean, cheaper stay, I’d recommend it. The bathroom was clean and the amenities were quite good for such a small room. Ours had a full size bed that felt tight for two average sized people, with space for about two suitcases. I’m not sure if they have larger rooms, but this probably isn’t a good choice for a couple with kids. It’s a one floor place with around ten rooms, somewhere between a B&B and an inn, and works best for a light traveler on a short visit.

The floors are heated, which made the room really comfortable, and everything felt almost new. It was super clean and quiet, and I never heard a sound. This is a small, family run hotel with very friendly people. If you need anything, just ask. They seemed happy to help, and I’d make it my first choice next time.

Traveling alone and not needing extras, I found this place just right. The room was small but beautiful, comfortable, and very clean, with a big HD TV and a small fridge. Other appliances were easy to get, and I felt safe. It’s simple, comfortable, and priced very well for Fairbanks. The owner was kind and helpful. It isn’t a traditional hotel, but I loved my short stay and would call here first next time I’m in Fairbanks.

For that price, I should have booked somewhere else. The place smelled bad, was dirty, and had the worst mattress and bedding I’ve ever had. I know it’s Alaska, but there are plenty of other options in the area for a similar cost. I’d tell people to stay away.
