Holiday Inn Dayton/Fairborn I-675

We’ve enjoyed the excellent food there, and more recently went to the exciting U.F.O. Conference. The vendors were awesome, and there were lots of fine speakers on a subject that’s been much in the news lately. The Holiday Inn is a great venue for events, with plenty of parking and good upkeep. We’re looking forward to more conventions there. Thanks for the experience!

The room was clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There’s a restaurant on the first floor, plus accessible rooms, a pool, ATM, and fitness center. The buffet breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel. It’s a very nice place right down the street from the Nutter Center, and our room had a fridge, microwave, and Kurieg. I’d definitely stay again.

The dining staff were very accommodating, but I was extremely disappointed that someone was smoking in the main ballroom. How is that allowed? The front desk staff also showed little accountability. The ventilation is poor, and the airflow is bad. The lobby was extremely humid, while the restroom near it was very hot. The lobby and bar aren’t well maintained either. Tables need cleaning every day, especially early in the morning so people can sit and work, but there aren’t any outlets to use if you’re working.

I booked this hotel for my group because it’s close to the WPAFB gate and has plenty of food options within walking distance. Check-in was easy, and when I had a reservation issue, the woman at the desk went out of her way to make the stay simpler. The group ate at the buffet every morning and said it was a great start to the day. The rooms aren’t the newest, but they’re still nice, and I didn’t hear people in the rooms around me. I’ll definitely stay again.
