Quality Inn

The sheets were clean, and the front desk staff checked me in and out quickly. But the room had stains on the floor and wall. Some looked like a bad paint job, while some looked like blood. The bathroom mirror was dirty, and one towel had been washed but was still covered in dirt or dust. The owners seem more focused on profit than guest experience. They should take more care to keep the place reasonably clean instead of acting as if guests probably won’t return anyway.

The family running the place are very sweet, but the property is run down and they can’t seem to keep up with it. There were maintenance issues, and it wasn’t especially clean. The bathroom motion lights couldn’t be switched off, so they were blinding at night and turned off while I was showering. The couch nearly gave way when I sat on it. It turned out to be a pullout, but there was no mattress, so it was neither a usable couch nor a bed, just decoration. It was fine, but I wouldn’t return.

A clean, no-frills place. The room was nice, and the workers were friendly when I checked in.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was clean too. There wasn’t any weird smell. The TV remote was a bit unreliable, but it did work.
