Ramona’s cheerful presence and care in making breakfast gave my mornings a lovely start, and Jessica was helpful, courteous, and quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern. The front desk team clearly works well together and takes pride in how they treat guests. Sue and Beverly at the front desk deserve a special thank you. They went out of their way to help with early check-in and local recommendations, and greeted me with a smile and friendly conversation each day. From the minute I walked in, the whole staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. My stay felt like a home away from home, thanks to a team that really cares.

Thanks to the front desk staff and housekeepers for accommodating my family over the weekend of 12/20-12/21 for my mother’s 75th birthday. The women at the front desk were especially nice and professional. My mother enjoyed her stay at your hotel.

My truck has been broken into multiple times, with windows smashed, and the hotel and local police know this keeps happening. I’m a dedicated guest, here 7 days a week every week, but nothing changes. After my expensive vehicle was robbed, the manager wouldn’t let me park in front, even just at night. She’d rather call at midnight to tell me to move it from a safe spot back to the same unmonitored place where it had already been broken into. The security cameras are blurry and don’t cover every spot. Save your vehicle, money, and headache, and drive 10 minutes down the road to Fayetteville, GA, which is a much better area with no break-ins. Beverly at the front desk is amazing and respectful, and does all she can for everyone. The manager doesn’t seem to care about the break-ins.

We had an unexpected stay on Christmas night, and Beverley was managing the front desk. She greeted us with a smile and was genuinely friendly and helpful. What could’ve been a difficult situation turned into a pleasant, engaging time because of her. I’d return anytime for that kind of service.
