Americas Best Value Inn Pasadena Houston

The fridge and bathroom were dirty, and housekeeping clearly wasn’t doing a good job. When I asked about the breakfast that was listed as included when I reserved, the staff were rude. There were drug addicts wandering around the property at all hours, and kids in the room above us stomped around until after 10 p.m. The place seems to be an extended stay hotel, which I would’ve avoided if I’d known. It was a horrible stay, and I won’t return to an America Best Value Inn.

There are restaurants and stores nearby, and it’s a decent budget room in a good location. They’re also one of the few places that accept the Fema rooms. The room was okay, but the bathroom lights didn’t work when I arrived. They came and replaced the bulb. There weren’t any bed covers, just white sheets, and the blankets provided were thin and brown, so you may want to bring a comforter.

This hotel is one of the few in Houston that’s consistently helping with FEMA claims after Hurricane Beryl, and I’d recommend it to anyone needing a place for a night or even a few weeks. I had trouble with the A/C last night, and the owner came by himself the next morning to fix it. Great customer service.

Easy to reach local attractions, restaurants, and shopping, and the motel was quiet and peaceful despite being centrally located. The staff were friendly and efficient from check-in and made me feel at home, helping with whatever I needed. My room was spotless and well kept, with all the basics, plus a really comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and a microwave. My stay at the Americas Best Value Inn Pasadena, Houston was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next trip to Houston.
