The staff made a hard trip much easier for us. I was there with a family member getting cancer treatment nearby, and everyone was so kind and supportive. They even helped with little things, like printing a document and lending us odds and ends when we needed them. The location was convenient too, close to major shopping centers, the DMV, and large hospitals.

Jane at the front desk was so kind when we were stressed. Our car had been towed, and since this was our first stay, we hadn’t realized you need a car pass even to park in the hotel lot. Jane helped us sort everything out and was really reassuring. It’s a peaceful place, and I’m grateful to Jane and manager Ms.Amita.

The front desk team handled busy periods really well and were especially impressive. Everyone was helpful and cooperative, and our room was clean and looked after. With a shopping mall nearby and DC within reach, the location worked well for my family. We had a wonderful stay and I’d recommend the property.

Ms Susana and Mr Upendra worked persistently to fix a problem with our reservation. A maintenance issue meant our booked room type wouldn’t be available just before we arrived, but they found a solution that met our needs and expectations. We were able to enjoy the trip, and we’ve enjoyed staying here on previous visits too.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and the front desk staff were patient and friendly. They chatted with my dogs and understood that they were being protective of me. Service was great, and I didn’t mind having to ask downstairs for dishes.
