Quality Inn Fairfield Napa Valley Area

The full kitchen is the big win for me. I’ve spent a lot of money trying to find a room with a real oven, and this hotel actually has one. The oven hood was clean too, unlike at another hotel that says it has full kitchens but doesn’t. The rooms are amazing, and the staff are caring, professional, and accommodating. I had a problem with my third-party booking, but the man checking me in got me the room I wanted with everything I needed for an additional fee that seemed very reasonable. The location is prime, right on Fairfield’s main drag, so it’s easy to drive where you need to go. You can also walk to lots of places for food and other things, including tires, auto parts, nails, and clothes. My only complaint is that it isn’t extended-stay lodging, so the maximum stay is 30 days, though other hotels in the area cap it at 21. Parking fills up fast, but I’ve always found a spot on the other side of the lot and never had to park off the property. My car’s never been broken into, and I haven’t woken up to new damage from other tenants. For a Fairfield, CA visit, I highly recommend the Quality Inn on Texas St. It’s money well spent for the space, oven, and staff who do their jobs well and leave you alone. It’s not set up for longer stays and parking can fill up quickly, but it’s an unsung gem in the area.

We asked to switch rooms because the first non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and mold. The replacement smelled just as bad, and a quick look turned up obvious stains, including brown marks all over one lamp. The other lamp was white, so the contrast was hard to miss. We decided to leave and asked the desk worker for a refund. I showed her the photos and explained what we’d found. She called it “one of their cleanest rooms” and said I’d get a full refund, but told me to contact Expedia and sort it out myself. The worker was fairly helpful otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you care about your health and safety.

We found this hotel at the last minute and were glad we did. Check-in and checkout were completely hassle-free, and the price was reasonable. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was so cozy. Service was great all around. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

Baljit really took care of me when I realized I’d left something behind in my room after checkout. He went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience. We need more employees like him.
