Fairway Park

I've been here around eight months, and this complex has what I was looking for. The apartment itself is just right, with updated appliances and a nice presentation. The front office staff are attentive and friendly, and I also appreciate having a public pool and weight room. I love living here.

The pool is kept in great shape, and there's always coffee in the clubhouse, which I love. Guest parking is plentiful, and snow gets cleared quickly. Maintenance has been friendly, fast, and efficient. So far, this has been a great place to live, especially for the price. I'd recommend it.

I've lived at FP twice, and it's a good place to call home. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained each week by a capable crew. Rich, Dave, Chad, and the rest of the maintenance team are pleasant and get things handled promptly. The office staff also listen to concerns and requests with kindness and professionalism. It's nice knowing someone is available to talk or sort out an issue when I stop by. Yay, you guys. :)

After three years here, I can say this was my best renting experience. The spacious apartments have great closet space, and the attached garage was a godsend when the weather was bad. It's also easy to get to stores and restaurants, with the highway right nearby. I always felt safe in the neighborhood, where plenty of young families and people with small children were out walking at all hours. Maria & Chelsea were so friendly and quick to respond, and they made sure problems got fixed ASAP. Staff turnover was low during my time here, which says a lot. I never got hit with surprise fees, and after cleaning well at move-out, I got my full security deposit back even though I had dogs. I really couldn't have asked for a better rental, and highly recommend it.
