Hilton Garden Inn Falls Church

My first night started after a rough day, arriving more than four hours before check-in time, exhausted enough to feel like I might collapse. Joshua greeted me at the desk with a warm smile and real sincerity, then carried my luggage up to my room. The service made me feel welcomed, and everything after check-in was excellent. The next day, when I checked out, Aylin and Dilya were friendly and helpful too. Even though I felt much better, they offered to take my bags to the car. Aylin put on her coat and hauled them up the driveway hill to the parking lot in freezing weather. In 48 hours, a day from hell turned into Heaven on Earth. It felt like being touched by three Angels. This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in hospitality. Thank you, Joshua, Aylin, and Dilya. You made my stay comfortable and really made a difference. Your hospitality is unparalleled.

Daniel and Desmond were so kind to my mother and me while we were visiting a family member in critical condition at the hospital. During a very difficult time, they made sure we knew what was available and kept telling us they’d help whenever we needed, at any hour. Their warmth and attention gave us real comfort. The woman in charge of the breakfast buffet also went out of her way for us. We arrived near the end of service when food was running low, but she promptly arranged fresh items. Her kindness meant a lot. I don’t usually write reviews, but this level of care made a difference during an emotional time. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

The relaxed atmosphere makes it a nice place to wind down after a long day, and the staff are a big reason I return. They’re friendly, remember what I usually order, and make me feel welcome. I visit the restaurant at the Holiday Inn Falls Church regularly, and the food is consistently fresh, delicious, and served just right. Whether I stop in for breakfast or dinner, I leave satisfied. If you’re at the hotel or nearby, it’s worth checking out for the good food, welcoming people, and cozy feel.

The pool and hot tub were great, and the room was clean. I’d stay again and recommend it.
