We stayed here before taking the ferry to MV. This locally owned motel is older but well cared for, clean, and economical. It isn’t luxury, but the very nice owner made us feel welcome. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and while breakfast isn’t provided, there are nearby options.

This was our second stay at this wonderfully clean, updated, and comfortable motel. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was bright, had a refrigerator, very comfortable beds, and great A/C. The grounds were really well maintained, with lots of pretty flower pots. It’s ideally located for shops, restaurants, and main roads. I’d definitely recommend it. Thank you. Mary from CT.

We came down for the 4th and had such a lovely stay. The two front desk staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The beach and restaurants are a close walk away. We’d absolutely return!

It’s a clean, comfortable retro 60s motel in a great location. I like that some of the older features still work fine, though the shower ceiling could use a minor repair.

Great location for an affordable price. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed, with vintage charm that suits the older buildings on the Cape. Parking is a little tight, especially with a car seat, but the service was fantastic. If you’re bringing kids, keep in mind the walls are thin. You’ll need a tub stopper and probably a power strip for extra outlets.
