The staff didn’t seem to care, and the elevator barely worked and smelled like fumes. Someone could get sick from that. The whirlpool wasn’t hot, or didn’t heat up at all. This place is very run down and feels like it hasn’t had updates since the 80s. Our sheets had stains, though we didn’t notice until the next day because we arrived pretty late at night. Very disappointed.

The breakfast was good, and parking was fine, but we wouldn’t come back because the place smelled bad. Our room had a horrible stench, and it was unpleasant to walk back into it each time. We had to buy spray to help with the odor. Maybe they need to change the air filters or something. Clean towels had random brownish stains too. This hotel has potential, but they really need to improve the cleanliness.

The location is a big plus since it’s close to the pickleball court. The room seemed okay, but there were plenty of problems: a stained soft chair, a cabinet door that wouldn’t fully close after I opened it for the refrigerator, and a rusty stain in the bathtub. They didn’t provide a new bar of soap, and there was no hair dryer. The TV kept loading and didn’t work properly. The breakfast options weren’t much, either. The lobby fragrance was so strong it seemed to cover another smell, and it gave me a headache. The lift was very slow. I think the hotel needs to improve or demolish.

We ended up eating the cost of moving to a clean hotel where we could breathe. The weed smell was so bad that we called the front desk, but they said they couldn’t do anything. There was no offer to move us to another room or refund our stay. The hotel was filthy, smelled of weed that even got into our room, and there was a live roach in there. Staff were extremely unfriendly. They took our dirty towels and didn’t replace them with clean ones.
