Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria

Miracle made check-in feel personal from the start. She greeted me warmly, walked me through the hotel perks, and invited me to happy hour at the bar. She also gave me good suggestions for things to do around Dallas, and every time we crossed paths during my stay, she remembered my name and said hello. That kind of attention made me feel like a VIP and honestly lifted my day. The rest of the staff were great too, but Miracle stood out and made the stay memorable. I’d recommend Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria, especially if you get checked in by her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was clean and the customer service was great. The bathroom was okay, though smaller than usual, and we could hear the interstate from the room. It didn’t bother us, but we noticed it. The location is great, while parking is not cheap.

The staff were kind and amazing, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I had an issue with my room after check-in, but they moved me to a much nicer, comfortable upgrade. I’d definitely stay here again. Give them all a raise.

Our car was broken into during the stay and personal belongings were stolen. Even though we paid $30/day for parking, there was no outside security or gated entry. Staff wouldn’t review the cameras without police there. When the police arrived, they said break-ins are common here. Management never followed up. I would not stay again and definitely would not recommend it.
