Fairfield Inn & Suites Farmington

While my husband was having hip replacement surgery, everyone here made things easier for us. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, and the front desk was so helpful. Devon put all the ice packs in the freezer, Edwina brought us more pillows, and Shiloh checked us in and out and offered whatever help she could. Sandi in the kitchen gave me the waffle she was making for herself and helped put breakfast together for me to take back to our room. We can’t thank them enough.

There was plenty of parking, a few restaurants nearby, and the room was a good size and clean. Breakfast had a nice selection and was good. The pool was tiny. The front desk could have been friendlier, and check-in wasn’t pleasant. Apart from that, I was pretty satisfied.

The public areas were clean, pleasant, and good places to hang out, and breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. We stayed a few nights in a double queen room that looked and felt clean and spacious. I could hear literally everything from the halls, which was the one thing I didn’t love. Parking was a little tight, but fine overall.

Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and check-in came with a warm welcome and an upgrade after they acknowledged my status. I’d booked a standard king and got a corner King room, which I think was a little bigger and had two TVs. The bathroom was roomy, with a walk-in shower, and there was plenty of space to move around. It had the expected items, including a fridge and microwave. The fridge was meant to keep things cold for only two hours, but mine stayed cool the whole time. I loved the bed. There were four pillows in three different types, which was interesting, but I didn’t mind. The AC was a bit noisy, though it kept putting out heat when needed. I was there for two work nights and didn’t use the outdoor area since it was just above freezing. There were about a dozen patio chairs, loungers, and tables for warmer weather, and the pool and jacuzzi were both fully operational during my stay. There’s plenty of free parking, although the rear lot isn’t ADA accessible. I’ll definitely stay here again without hesitation.
