Royal Inn

It's an older motel, but it's well maintained and sits in a quiet spot off main st. The room was spacious and clean. A very nice family owns and runs it, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The price is low, but this is no low-end place. Our room was large, very clean, and updated, with a microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub, plus really cool retro tile. The area was quiet, with a view of the bluffs across the valley. There's a big green lawn in the middle of the court. My teenagers would've made good use of it if they'd been with me. The wifi was flawless. I highly recommend this motel if you're in Farmington or passing through. It's our halfway point on high desert trips, and we'll stay here from now on.

I stayed here 30 years ago, and they've kept the place up. The bathroom was larger than some rooms. I did have to clean mold and mildew in it, so they should check on the cleaning crews. It's not American owned.

The service was awesome, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Mine had a microwave, a small fridge, a separate bathtub, and a walk-in shower. I'd definitely come back!
