We stayed four nights, and every staff member we dealt with felt genuinely kind, from the person who helped on the phone when I called about availability during a spontaneous road trip to the check-out clerk, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff. The eggs at breakfast were really good, and a lot of the hotel felt upscale for the price. Our room was clean, the bath water was hot, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We had the indoor pool to ourselves each night, and I hadn't expected covered parking. I picked this place for its pet policy, since the dog fee was per stay rather than per night. It checked every box for us, and I'd return if I'm in the area again.

Raymond at the front desk made a real difference, greeting me warmly and going out of his way to make sure my stay went smoothly and I was comfortable. He was genuinely kind and helpful. The room was clean and inviting, and I can't say enough good things about my stay at this comfort inn. I'd absolutely recommend this location to anyone wanting a clean, well-kept place with great customer service.

I was worried we wouldn't find a room over the holiday, but we got lucky. The lobby had festive seasonal decorations, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had a very clean, comfortable room for a few nights. I also got to spend a little time at the pool, and was surprised to have it all to myself.

The staff were friendly and I saw them keeping the place clean. The pool stayed open until 11, which was nice, and breakfast was good. Our room wasn't the best: even though it was on the ground floor, the view was a Chipotle and the parking lot, and headlights shone in through a gap because the blackout curtains didn't cover the whole rod. The location was great for getting downtown, and everything else was fine.

Raymond and Chris were fantastic, and we had a great stay. We used the gym, pool, and free breakfast, and there are lots of places within walking distance. Sheetz is right next door. I'd stay here again.
