My room was exceptionally clean, which matters a lot to me when deciding whether to come back. I will return. Amy, the Hotel Manager, was professional and helpful, and went out of her way to meet my needs even beyond the hotel's usual hours. Crystal, the cleaning lady, was friendly and helpful too. The flowers around the entrance, office, courtyard, and picnic table made the place feel welcoming and gave me a lovely first impression.
2/10
The room was called "clean," but we arrived to an unmade bed, used soap, and dirty towels. I also saw drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It should be condemned.
8/10
For what it costs, it wasn't too bad. The staff were helpful and friendly, and there are plenty of things to do nearby since it's centrally located. The rooms feel dated and could use some touch-ups.
10/10
This is the BEST PLACE in Fayetteville whether you're staying two nights or two weeks. It's secure, really comfortable, and feels like home, but still has that just-opened feeling. The quality for the cost is hard to beat.
10/10
Brad, the manager, had all the arrangements handled from the time I booked and kept checking in to make sure my family and I were comfortable. The rooms looked just like the pictures, and the kitchenette was a great bonus, stocked with pans, plates, bowls, and lots of useful things. The laundry room was clean and easy to get to. There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby, too. I'll definitely recommend Affordable Suites to friends or guests passing through.
