We just needed a place to sleep on our way down to Florida, arriving around 2 a.m. The check-in staff were kind and got us settled quickly, and the room looked cute at first. But then that musty, moldy smell hit us. The toilet seat was dirty, the comforter had a fresh stain, and there was hair all over the sheets. It was pretty clear the bedding hadn't been washed. 😭 The air conditioner kept tapping and banging loudly all night. We could also hear people upstairs walking and banging around from about 2:30 to 3:30 a.m. The walls are so thin that it sounded like they were in our room. After getting in so late, all we wanted was sleep. With the dirty bed, moldy odor, noisy AC, and paper-thin walls, it wasn't remotely worth what we paid.

The location worked well for us, close to Fort Braggs, and we only stopped for one night while driving north. The carpet in our room was coming apart and made us trip over it. I wouldn't choose this for several nights unless I had no other option.

I was comfortable in the room for my one-night visit, and it had everything I needed. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly, and made me feel at home.

The room was great and we had an amazing family stay. The shower curtain was missing the inner liner, so water could get all over the floor. Other than that, it was a great visit. Thanks to the staff, especially Ms. Val, who was hospitable and professional as the receptionist.

The hotel has handy basics like a gym, laundry on site, lots of parking, free Wi-Fi, and a small market for snacks and essentials. There's also a patio grill you can use, and pets are welcome. Nights were quiet, which helped me sleep well. My room was bright and very clean, with a full kitchen, crisp sheets, plenty of pillows, and a bed I found really comfortable. I even liked the alarm clock: one button let me play R&B, Latin, soft rock, or listen to the news. The lobby was spotless, modern, and cozy, and the front desk staff were friendly. I felt at home as soon as I came in and was checked in within minutes. Clean, comfortable, and the service was great.
