Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth, and the room instructions were explained clearly. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The room and its amenities were spotless, and I liked the room for the price. The one issue was the floor, which seemed a little dirty and not cleaned well enough. I’d rate the stay 4.5 stars.

The location worked perfectly for me since it was close to the base, and the customer service was good. But room 311 had crumbs and some kind of drink stains on the desk. The room smelled awful, like someone had mopped with dirty water. I bought air fresheners and the smell still stayed. The elevator smelled strongly of weed too. I won't come back or recommend it.

The location was fantastic, and the kitchen worked well with brand new appliances. My main complaints were the lack of water pressure in the shower and the trash not being taken out when they cleaned the room once a week. The hotel also always smelled like weed.

Mrs. Parker was so kind, professional, quick to communicate, and helpful when a group of us needed rooms near the base during bad weather. It was already a stressful situation, and she made the experience the best she could. The price we were offered was very affordable and fair. Thank you so much!
