Roxanne, Jacqueline, and the rest of the staff handled my last-minute changes like it was routine. They were helpful throughout and made me feel like a V.I.P. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were very professional. I’ll stay here again, even if it means driving an extra hour to my engagements.

Our room was perfect for the event, and you and your team made everything go smoothly. Your kindness, generosity, and professionalism took a lot of stress off my shoulders while you looked after our group so well. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much for hosting us!

The game-day atmosphere was a lot of fun, with Razorback excitement everywhere, and the staff were generally kind and helpful. Some sent me to other people for answers, but everyone was nice overall. The rooms were clean and the hotel was convenient and nice. Breakfast was complimentary only on game-day weekends. By Monday morning it cost quite a bit. The woman who served us was amazing, but the food was average for the price. We were told our $20 Diamond credit would cover it, but still had to pay another $10+ ourselves. I also wish the rooms had streaming options to sign into. We should have brought our Roku.

The service was terrible. The staff canceled my reservation before I even arrived, then assigned me a different room. They didn’t recognize my diamond status and kept pestering me about servicing the room. I work grueling thirds, and they bothered me as soon as I’d get to sleep. They also refused any late checkout. If you need to stay in the area, the Holiday Inn next door looks like the better option.
