Sleep Inn Fayetteville North

I thought this would do in a pinch, and the basic room was fine, though there was no fridge or microwave. Some teenagers left the breakfast room messy, but I don't blame the staff for that. What really soured the stay was a fee charged days after we left, with the hotel accusing us of taking pillows. I called and said we had not taken any, but apparently they couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointing, and Sleep Inn is off our list now.

Clean, good service, and in a convenient spot. For the price, I think it's a really good choice.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, but the rest didn't feel worth the weekday price we paid, and we won't return. Parking was lousy. The shower doors seemed incorrectly installed, so water went everywhere while I showered. The AC didn't work right and made a lot of noise. The furniture around the refrigerator was outdated and chewed up along the bottom. I've stayed in much worse places, but this one still wasn't worth it.

I stayed two nights and got only $20 back from my $100 deposit. They charged me $80 for makeup on a hand towel I used to wash my face before bed, plus a small soda mark on a blanket after I accidentally spilled some. I had cleaned up the spill. Before I left, I stripped the bed, tidied the room, and took out the trash, yet they spent more than 20 minutes in the room. I wouldn't stay here again. I felt ripped off and treated terribly.
