The room really took away from the stay. The bedding had a strong cigarette smell and visible burn marks, so it was uncomfortable to use. The rooms need more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The price was fair, and the staff were friendly and tried to help whenever they could. Those are real strengths. With better bedding and room maintenance, this could be a good place to stay.

We had a wonderful family stay. The suite gave the kids plenty of space to play and sleep, and they enjoyed the pool's separate shallow area and the activities at the kids’ club. There were healthy choices among the restaurant's good range of meals, too. It was handy for trips to nearby parks and museums, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The parking lot potholes need attention, and some people hanging around outside kept asking me for cigarettes and money, which I didn't like. Aside from that, the room was nice and the staff were friendly. The room had been redone and was clean. They had food and alcohol available, and they worked with me so I could get in earlier when I needed to.

There were blood stains on the carpet, and I had no towels. The front desk staff didn't know how to do their jobs. When I asked to speak with a manager or the owner, it felt like they were all playing games. This was a bait and switch. I'd like the owner to contact me. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
