Towneplace Suites By Marriott Findlay

Once I got inside, the room was quiet, with no traffic, TV noise, or anything from outside. I hadn't expected much after seeing the old-looking doors and hearing more TVs than usual in the hallway, but the room was a different story. The carpet looked new, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were not. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower had hot water and good pressure. The towels were soft. There's a full kitchen with an oven, four-burner electric stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave, dishes, toaster, and extra things you can borrow. The room also has a single-cup coffee maker, three-seat couch that's firm but not hard, decent-size TV, and a fairly large desk and chair. Coffee and other hot drinks are available in the lobby all day and night. Check-in was routine, but the person helping me was especially friendly and helpful. If pillows are the only downside, I'm very happy. Walmart is across the street, Applebee's is basically in the parking lot, and Bob Evans is just across the road. I also saw an Arby's and Subway less than a mile away, with plenty of other food nearby.
