On November 6, 2025, at 3:40 p.m., I called to request the standard Credit Card Authorization form so my employees could check into rooms already booked and charge the stay to our company card. The front desk employee said they couldn't do it, refused to process the request, and then hung up without a closing or apology. That was shockingly rude and unprofessional. We were close to booking 15 rooms for 12 nights, a substantial corporate stay. That interaction made it clear the customer service wasn't acceptable for our needs, so we moved the entire reservation to IHG Hotels.

The place itself was nice, with a pool and gym, and breakfast was free. The bread was stale, though, and the orange juice machine needs fixing. My only other issue was the unnecessary $100 deposit held on my card. It still hadn't been released three days later.

I've stayed at plenty of hotels around here, and this one's my favorite. The rooms are great for the price, with nothing to complain about.

We called three weeks ahead and were told the check-in age was 18. My son booked and paid for everything in advance, but when he arrived, they said he couldn't check in because he was 18. They told him there was nothing they could do and said they'd canceled his reservation. Three days later, he still had no refund. After spending all day on planes, he was left stranded. Just horrible.

No complaints from me. The staff were great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot tub, pool, and complimentary breakfast were nice amenities. Thank you, Team Comfort Suites Longmont 🙏🏻
