Home2 Suites by Hilton Fishers Indianapolis Northeast, IN

The hotel is quiet, clean, and modern, with a great bed, and it's close to eateries, shopping, and lots of amenities. The gym had what we needed and was well equipped. Michael the General Manager and his staff took good care of us and sorted out a small bedding issue. We were promptly greeted and checked in, and given our goodies as a valuable Honor Hilton. As you can see, we love our goodies. It's a really nice hotel.

Moanka was the standout for me. Her warm manner and professionalism made the stay memorable, and Libbie and Janif were also friendly and attentive. Kiera, the Team Lead, kept things running smoothly, and every staff member went above and beyond. Mike Clark, the GM, clearly knows how to put together a great team. My stay at Hilton Home2 Suites was terrific. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed. The service was excellent from start to finish, and it was clear the team cared about guests. Clean rooms, great service, and such a welcoming team made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!

The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, and despite a few issues it was a decent stay. We were told our rooms would adjoin, but when the rest of our party arrived they were on a completely different floor. We also had to ask for clean towels on the second day, and the kitchen sink leaked where the faucet meets the counter. The breakfast was disappointing, and this wasn't as nice as some other Home2's I've stayed at.

We stayed here for 16 days, and the room never felt claustrophobic the way it can at some hotels. Libby at the front desk was the nicest, most helpful person and made our stay pleasant. It's also extremely pet friendly. My service dog was treated kindly and given lots of treats!
