Roaches, a broken fridge, and filth everywhere. The hotel had a "Newly Renovated" sign, but the list of problems is too long to put here. Police were at the hotel at 2 am. I can't stress enough that people shouldn't stay here.

The water was brown, the sheets were dirty, and the walls and fridge were disgusting. The headboard looked like it had ten years of dust on it. This is the nastiest motel I've seen, and treating customers this way is disgraceful and unfair.

I checked out early because I felt unsafe. There were blood-curdling screams from the room next to mine. I could see from my window that someone kept walking around outside, trying to open my room door and, several times, my car door. When I asked what they were doing, they just muttered, “Sorry.” The front desk offered another room, but by then I was done.

The rooms are nice, and the staff are very friendly. It can get noisy and rowdy at night, though. Waffle House is across the street, with restaurants and a gas station nearby.

Jack in the call center was so nice and helpful. He stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes, and honestly, this review is for him. I wouldn't be staying there for a while, but because of Jack, I'd go back. 10/10, he's the best.
