Spark By Hilton Jackson Ridgeland

At Spark by Hilton, 465 Briarwood Dr in Jackson MS, the hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff, including housekeeping and the front desk, were courteous and professional. They fixed a small issue right away. There’s a Chili’s next door, and this was my second stay. I’ll come back on my next trip.

I booked two rooms so my elderly mother and I could be near each other before her procedure early the next morning. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable, and the clerks at both check-in and checkout were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a microwave, fridge or coffee maker, but the basic amenities were enough for us. There were people hanging around in different parts of the parking lot at night, and the noise kept me up. There was loud racket outside and a dog barking constantly in a room down the hall. Even so, I’d probably stay again.

The front desk was nice and check-in was simple. The room was a decent size, with a clean, comfortable bed, though a few hidden spots had been missed. The carpet smelled like animals and odor ban. It has a tub rather than a walk-in shower. Fine for a quick stay.

The staff were really kind and friendly, but construction around the building meant we couldn’t get inside without calling the front desk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The TV had issues, and breakfast was disappointing, with no waffles, sausage or bacon.
