When our plans for the new home were delayed, Robin personally helped us several times and extended our stay. I’m so grateful for how attentive she was to what we needed. During a difficult time, this hotel took good care of us, and I feel lucky and blessed that we could stay here and meet her. The rooms are simple but well appointed, and the staff and customer service are excellent. Robin, the regional manager, runs the place with care and compassion. Thank you!

No one cleaned our room during the 19 days we stayed, though the room itself was clean, and the free kitchen items were useful. We felt unsafe in the parking area. Two cars without handicap tags or plates were in the accessible spaces every afternoon into late evening. I didn’t see cameras in the hallways or elevator, only at the desk and somewhere outside. We also had to put up with someone bouncing something on the floor above us. The hotel didn’t tell us at check-in about the March 1 buyout. Most staff were friendly until a few days before it. One day the manager rudely said we had to leave on the 20th, then the next day she was friendly and said we could stay. Notes on the entry doors warned of $250 fines for several things, including setting off fire alarms. We spent a lot on takeout because we were afraid of triggering our room’s smoke detector. The hallways, elevator, and entrance smelled of either strong candles or marijuana.

The room was clean and presentable, so I gave that part four stars. Everything else was a disorganized mess. They charged me twice even though I told the young woman I heard the first charge go through, and she said it wasn’t showing on her end. I’m still waiting on a room deposit that’s been outstanding for over a week. There wasn’t even mini shampoo for guests, just a bar of soap, and nothing was complimentary. The price matched the service, don’t go!

The employees were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean enough with a comfortable bed. But getting through the door was a gamble, I had to swipe the key card several times and wiggle the handle before it opened. The room was very dark, with few ways to turn on lights. The furniture looked like second-hand finds from the street and didn’t go together. There was one couch at the far end with nothing, not even a light, beside it. I’d consider it an okay option if nothing else were available, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
