Jeff was a highlight. He was extremely professional and made the trip wonderful. The hotel is very nice, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and everything well maintained. The area is fairly quiet except around peak commuting hours, when there's moderate road noise. Otherwise, everything was great.

Jeff and Luis, with help from Yolanda, look after the drinks and dining and go beyond that. They cater to us and make for a great guest experience. Shanice & Brianna always greet me with smiles and a warm welcome. They recognize my membership status and make sure I have what I need for a comfortable stay. They're why I always check in later in the day. Nobody does it like them. What a great crew!

The place felt muggy and odd throughout, and even though I live in Florida, I was uncomfortable. I never saw a housekeeper in the whole week. My room wasn't cleaned once, and nobody replenished the towels. At 9 in the morning I needed help with the business center, but no one was at the front desk. When someone finally came out of the back office, they acted as if I was bothering them. I hope all Courtyards aren't like this, but I’ll probably avoid this Marriott brand for a while.

The room was really dated, and the furniture was falling apart. Still, I was comfortable, and the staff and cleaning crew went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Parking is free, and Walgreens and restaurants are within walking distance.

Everyone was really nice, and my room was clean and quiet. The Bistro food was a pleasant surprise. They don't have big dishes like steaks, but the Bistro burger tasted high quality and was really good with the optional add-ons. The fries were great too. The Starbucks coffee lattes tasted great as well.
