Michael, the GM, was especially professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The whole team was friendly, helpful with questions, and always greeted me with a smile. Their care made the extended stay easy and enjoyable. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with what I needed for a longer visit. Housekeeping kept it spotless, and the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent from start to finish. I'd highly recommend this well-managed place.

I usually enjoy staying here and am happy with my room, often for five days or so. This visit was different. While I was cooking breakfast, roaches came out from under the stovetop and other places, and there were clothes left in the drawers. I went to the front desk to report it and ask about a discount or something. The clerk only said, “The manager will be here in the morning.” No offer to find another room, nothing. Very unprofessional. Not everyone who stays here is a resident, like most.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hallways on each floor smell lovely. Front desk workers are nice and welcoming, and the prices are good. A nice place for a vacation or just a night or two. I highly recommend EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SELECT SUITES ON PELHAM.🫶🏾

The staff were friendly, kind, and attentive, and the other guests I met were friendly too. The location worked well for me, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and fast food nearby. My room was basic but clean, with no bugs, and it was pretty quiet. The property could use updating, repairs, and maintenance, but I had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

This was the worst hotel or extended stay I've ever been in. Guest relations were below average for weeks, and then there were the staff. I was let into dirty rooms with cockroaches on the walls and floors, and the room I was assigned had an unwashed pot full of gravy left behind. With all my reservations on file, I would at least have expected a phone call.
