Convenient parking made things easy, and the hotel is close to Walmart, CVS, restaurants, and pretty much anything you might need. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and housekeeping did an incredible job keeping things clean and comfortable. They deserve recognition from management. Check-in was simple, and Bri at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She set the tone for a great stay. Everything was great, and I'd happily stay here again. Flynn Family

There was no hot water for four days, and even after the pipes burst and flooded rooms, the carpets weren't cleaned. The whole hotel smelled horrible for days. Shower curtains don't fit the showers, so the bathroom floods when you bathe. The manager's puppy was in the dining room while people ate breakfast and was peeing on the lobby carpet. The hotel is right beside a drug rehabKiki facility, and people from there ask guests for rides and drugs. They sleep in front of the hotel door all night, making it hard to get in and out. Employees sit outside doing drugs in their car instead of helping guests who are trying to check in. DEFINITELY needs new managment!!!!

The hotel was quiet, and the staff were friendly. We were here for a CESA soccer tournament, and it's near the fields and close enough to restaurants. The room was clean, though very old, and there was mold on the shower ceiling.

One of the most disgusting places I've stayed. The toilet doesn't work, and whatever they used to cover up the smell is enough to make you sick. I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy. At least it's right among some beautiful, classy hotels.
