Residence Inn by Marriott Flagstaff

The only downside was the noise from upstairs. We could hear the guests walking around, so the soundproofing could be better. We had a newly renovated room with plenty of space, a kitchenette, and a seating area. Parking was available for a reasonable $9 a night, and we were right in town. Breakfast was delicious, and the reception and breakfast room staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The gym and pool were both great, and coffee and hot cocoa were available all day. We also ordered takeout pizza from the brewery and pizza place near the hotel, which I’d recommend. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nathaniel was a pleasure to talk with. He patiently helped us find the best rate when we called, and that’s one reason I’d stay here again. We’d only meant to pass through Flagstaff, but it was a beautiful day and we decided to stay overnight. The other hotels were quite pricey. We had our dog with us, and the hotel was accommodating about her staying. The location was great, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were great. We were there in May.

We had a beautiful, clean room in a great spot. It was easy to walk to several good restaurants, bars, and shops. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted very good, and the front desk and breakfast service were both excellent. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The staff were welcoming and professional, and the breakfast bar was great. My second-floor room was large, clean, and looked new, even though that floor hasn’t been remodeled yet. I’m looking forward to seeing the third- and fourth-floor rooms once the renovation is done.
