Mountain Inn Suites Flat Rock

We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel's atmosphere, and the location worked perfectly for our annual apple-picking trip. The rooms were very clean, and everyone was helpful. Alma took great care of us, even though I kept wiping the room key by placing it next to my magnetic phone case. Our family had hoped to stay here for years, and we finally made it this year. It lived up to what we'd hoped for. The backyard was great too. My only regret is that we couldn't stay a few more days. Thanks for the kind service and lovely facilities.

The elevator wasn't working, so we had only a few rooms on the second floor. That wasn't a problem, though, because the staff carried all our group's luggage to and from the rooms. They were so kind and accommodating to our group of 55. The Inn felt lovely and homey. My room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable I fell asleep earlier than planned every night, and there was plenty of hot water. I highly recommend Mountain Inn & Suites!

A great stop about halfway between Cincinnati and Hilton Head. The hotel was beautiful and well cared for inside and out, and smelled fresh and clean from the lobby to the room. Our small dog was welcome, without an outrageous pet fee. The beds were comfortable and the shower had perfect pressure. My one suggestion would be to offer more pillow choices. Thanks, we'll definitely be back since we go to Hilton Head often!
