The shower wouldn't drain, with a huge clump of nasty old hair in it, and the water never got warm enough for a proper shower. There were roaches everywhere, both tiny ones and huge ones. I've got bites all over my chest and arms. My five-pound dog brought a barely alive baby mouse onto the bed, and a few hours later we heard another mouse trying to get into our food. The door locks were badly broken, and so was the trim around the doors. People kept fighting outside our room, and every day an older woman screamed at her child, who was on a leash. There isn't even a corporate number for complaints. I can't believe the place is still open, and they're charging people for this disgusting mess.

Tiffany, the manager, works hard and does her best, and she decorated beautifully for Christmas. Shomika was courteous and professional, Becca was friendly, and Will was a great guy. The new clerk, though, was incredibly rude when I checked out an hour late after living there for two months at 300 per week. He pounded on the window and kicked the door as if he were SWAT. My friend, a 74-year-old man who was giving me a ride, spoke with him. The employee was belligerent at first, then left after my friend explained the law. Most of the staff were lovely, except for one housekeeper and one new clerk. I suspect the housekeeper may have been racist: she looked at me with contempt, spoke discourteously whenever we crossed paths in the main office, and interrupted me, even though I tried not to bother her or interact when it was clear she disliked me. The property also has a cockroach infestation, holes in the walls, mold in the laundry room and behind baseboards that may be black mold, mice, and amenities that are sometimes broken or stolen.

The furnishings were nice, but there wasn't a chair anywhere. I found cockroaches and kept all my things in bags since it was blizzarding outside. I came by bus and had to wait for another bus to leave. I tried to rest around 1:30 a.m., but by 3 I was face to face with huge bedbugs. I'm stuck here until at least 7 a.m., with nowhere to sit and bugs all around me.

We rented two rooms next to each other. The second one looked nicer, but it smelled bad, had broken things and lights that didn't work, and roaches were in there too, including on our shoes. A roach ran out as soon as we dropped a piece of cheese, and another could be seen in the water faucet. Water was also coming up through the floorboards. The tub kept dripping, and we had to keep the bathroom door shut. At least the sheets fit better and stayed on the bed. In the first room, the TV was unusable because there was no remote. The floor and beds felt gross, the mattress covers were ripped, the mattress plastic was torn, and the sheets were too small to stay on the bed comfortably. The box springs had unknown stains and needed cleaning or replacement. Roaches were around the outlet plugs, and I didn't even want to check the beds for bedbugs. The first room did smell freshly cleaned, which was nice. Both rooms had microwaves and refrigerators? No, that wasn't mentioned. We won't come back. The place felt very rough, and I wouldn't recommend bringing children, since you might take roaches home.
